Once upon a time, there lived a tiny little whitish mouse and as all mice she adored cheese.

She lived in the kitchen of a merry Mrs. Pam who enjoyed baking cheese cookies.

The table was so high and the mouse was so small that it made it difficult for her to get to the table where there were cheese cookies.

One day, Mrs. Pam didn’t push back chairs and left them next to the table as is.

The mouse was walking nearby feeling the alluring smell of cheese cookies, and being desperate it would not reach them anyway.

Lost in its sadness, it bumped into chairs legs. It opened its eyes and all of a sudden it saw that chairs were not pushed under the table. It excited the mouse.

Filled with joy, the mouse started climbing up. It was not that easy, but it was easier than climbing the table. The mouse fell down several times, but didn’t lose hope.

After another fall, it felt it lost hope. However, it heard some noise from afar. That was a cat. It walked into the kitchen and was approaching the table seeing that there was a way to reach the table with no efforts.

The despair of the mouse changed to fear that eventually helped it climb the alluring cookies. Once on the top, it got access to its cherished dream.

However, the cat jumped onto the chair and was about to jump on the table as well. The mouse threw off a cookie down. Mrs. Pam heard the noise and burst in.

Seeing the cat trying to climb to pick up cookies and a cookie lying on the floor she got furious with the animal. She took the cat by the scruff of its neck and walked out of the kitchen.

The mouse was tiny, but that helped it stay unnoticeable among cookies. Sometimes our weaknesses can profit us. We never know when.
